Alexander Isak has made up his mind: he only wants to join Liverpool. According to Fabrizio Romano, the 25-year-old striker—who scored 23 goals in the Premier League last season—has turned down every other option, including a massive offer from Al-Hilal and interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
It’s a clear decision, and it comes at the right time for the Reds, who have just sold Luis Díaz to Bayern Munich for €75M (approx. £63M). With Darwin Núñez potentially leaving too, Liverpool are now fully focused on Isak.
€140M (£118M) Offer Turned Down
But Newcastle are standing firm. The Magpies have rejected a €140M bid (bonuses included) and made it clear they won’t negotiate until a replacement is found. Newcastle reportedly value Isak at over €170M (approx. £144M).
According to Sky Sports, the standoff has begun—but Isak remains adamant: he wants Anfield, and nothing else.
