Arda Güler is growing restless. Despite making 16 appearances and scoring once in La Liga this season, the Real Madrid attacking midfielder has not played in the last five matches across all competitions. However, Carlo Ancelotti has reassured him about his playing time.
“Arda Güler is not injured… no problem, he is ready. He will play,” the Italian coach stated in a press conference after Real Madrid’s 2-0 win against Girona on Sunday in La Liga.
Still, with limited squad rotation in Madrid’s midfield, breaking into the starting lineup remains a significant challenge for the young Turkish international.
