Neymar has shared a hilarious memory from his time at FC Barcelona. In an old video resurfacing on social media, the Brazilian recalls a wild night of partying with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez after their Champions League triumph in 2015. According to Neymar, all three players were completely drunk!
Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez formed an extraordinary attacking trio on the pitch. But the three Barcelona stars were also extremely close away from football. And they certainly knew how to party! An old video shows the three players dancing and celebrating after Barcelona’s 3-1 victory over Juventus in the 2015 Champions League final in Berlin. That season, Luis Enrique’s Barcelona won La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Champions League, completing a historic treble that deserved a memorable celebration!
Neymar: “We Were Completely Drunk!”
The footage comes from the Netflix documentary Neymar: The Perfect Chaos and was reshared by Netflix Sports on October 7, 2026. In the clip, Neymar watches an old video on his phone showing himself, Messi and Suarez dancing and enjoying the celebrations. Laughing as he watches, the Brazilian says: “Look at Messi. He was dancing. Luis Suarez, Messi and me. Completely drunk!” It is a particularly unusual glimpse of Lionel Messi, who has always been extremely private about his personal life.

Their chemistry was legendary on the pitch, but this video shows that their friendship extended far beyond football. The trio eventually broke up in 2017 when Neymar joined Paris Saint-Germain for €222 million, setting a world transfer record. The Brazilian reunited with Messi in Paris in 2021, although Suarez was not part of that reunion. More than ten years after that unforgettable night in 2015, Neymar clearly still has wonderful memories of his Barcelona years, especially this incredible celebration when the three stars apparently enjoyed their Champions League victory a little too much!
