Manchester City paid a symbolic tribute to Kevin De Bruyne on Tuesday, unveiling a mosaic in his likeness and naming a road after him within the club’s Academy. These gestures mark the end of the Belgian midfielder’s successful decade-long era at the club.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano also confirmed that the club plans to erect a statue of De Bruyne outside the Etihad Stadium.

Having joined Manchester City in 2015 from Wolfsburg, “KDB” won 19 major trophies in 420 appearances, scoring 108 goals and providing 177 assists. His exceptional vision and pinpoint passes will forever be etched in the club’s history.

Despite rumors linking him to clubs like Napoli, Liverpool, and other European giants, De Bruyne has stated he will prioritize his family’s well-being before making a decision on his future.
