Paris Saint-Germain are not finished with their summer transfer business. After completing several major arrivals and departures, the Parisian hierarchy still intends to strengthen Luis Enrique’s squad before the window closes. PSG will recruit selectively, with no midfielder expected unless there is a major surprise. Attack remains the absolute priority, while another full-back could also arrive.
Maghnes Akliouche remains the most advanced target. The France international is PSG’s preferred option to replace Kang-in Lee and add even more creativity to the attacking department. Talks with AS Monaco are continuing, although the Principality club are still demanding a substantial fee.
PSG Focus on Reinforcing Their Attack
Yan Diomandé is another major attacking priority. The Ivorian winger has reportedly chosen PSG as his preferred destination, but RB Leipzig are asking for close to €120 million. His representatives are beginning to grow frustrated by the absence of an official Parisian bid, while Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and Real Madrid remain interested. Luis Enrique is also pushing for Ferran Torres, whom he knows well from their time together with Spain. The Barcelona forward would be open to joining PSG and could be offered an important role in the attacking rotation.

Should the priority deals collapse, Charles De Ketelaere remains a credible alternative. The Atalanta player is appreciated for his versatility and intelligence, while his transfer fee would be considerably lower than Diomandé’s. PSG could also recruit another full-back to provide cover for Achraf Hakimi on the right. Lucas Digne is expected to arrive as Nuno Mendes’ deputy on the left, and Luis Enrique would like similar depth on the opposite flank.
No new midfielder is currently planned. PSG believe they already have enough options with Vitinha, João Neves, Fabian Ruiz, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Senny Mayulu and Luis Enrique’s various tactical solutions. Unless the situation changes, the club’s final investments should therefore focus on attack, with Akliouche, Diomandé and Ferran Torres leading the shortlist, as well as a possible full-back if the right opportunity emerges.
