Antoine Griezmann is a father for the fourth time! The Atlético Madrid star and his wife Erika Choperena welcomed a baby girl named Shai on June 15, while he was competing in the Club World Cup.
But this birth breaks a remarkable tradition: until now, all three of their children—Mia (2016), Amaro (2019), and Alba (2021)—were born on the exact same day: April 8.
Griezmann had once said it was pure coincidence—but the streak made April 8 a symbolic date in the family. With Shai’s arrival, June 15 now joins the calendar… and so do double birthday parties!
