Gianluigi Donnarumma’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is more uncertain than ever. The Italian goalkeeper, under contract until 2026, wants to stay in Paris, but talks over a new deal have stalled for months, according to L’Équipe.

The sticking point? PSG’s new wage structure. The club, following the Campos model, has proposed a lower base salary with performance-based bonuses. But Donnarumma’s camp sees the offer as unworthy of his status.

With no breakthrough in sight, PSG is already working on a Plan B. Behind the scenes, Lille’s Lucas Chevalier is ready to say yes. The young Frenchman, highly rated by Luis Enrique and Luis Campos, has already turned down several offers, waiting for a green light from Paris.
