The Catalan club confirmed that the match will take place at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Montjuïc due to a lack of necessary administrative permits.
In a statement, Barça mentioned they are “working intensively” to reopen the new Spotify Camp Nou in the coming months, thanking fans for their patience and support during this transition.
The club announced that the match against Paris Saint-Germain will occur at Montjuïc at 21:00 on October 1. They are committed to obtaining the required permissions for the Camp Nou’s return soon.
