Back at the Parc des Princes with Tottenham, Randal Kolo Muani did not miss his reunion. A brace, an assist and a gigantic all-around display: the French striker delivered one of his finest performances of the season.
In the mixed zone, Marquinhos made sure to pay tribute to his former teammate. “I know Randal well, I know the quality he has,” the PSG captain explained, reminding everyone how “difficult he is to defend” thanks to his power and one-on-one ability.
Happy to see him enjoying football again after a turbulent spell in Paris, Marquinhos added: “I’m always happy when players go through tough moments at the club and then rediscover joy elsewhere.” The Brazilian captain ended on a warm note: “He’s a great guy. We shared good times in the dressing room and I wish him the best.”
A heartfelt message, fitting for a night where Kolo Muani seemed reborn far away from PSG.
