Real Madrid defends Jude Bellingham after his controversial red card on Saturday.

Real Madrid is not willing to accept Jude Bellingham’s expulsion (21 years old, 20 matches, 7 goals in La Liga this season)! During Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Osasuna, the English midfielder was sent off by referee Jose Luis Munuera Montero, who claims to have heard a “fuck you” directed at him.

A Heavy Suspension at Stake

Jude Bellingham now faces a suspension of 4 to 12 matches if the disciplinary committee deems his words a direct insult. If instead, they classify it as a mere act of disrespect, the ban would be reduced to just 2 matches.

However, Real Madrid is fighting back. The club plans to launch an appeal to overturn the red card and have the suspension lifted.
