At 32 years old, Mohamed Salah is still firing on all cylinders — with 34 goals this season, he’s showing no signs of slowing down.
In an interview with ON Sport, the Liverpool star revealed he’s planning a long career ahead: “I think I can play until I’m 39 or 40. But if I feel it’s time to stop earlier, I will. I’ve already achieved a lot.”
After Liverpool, a Move to Saudi Arabia?
Under contract with Liverpool until 2027, Salah didn’t rule out a future in the Saudi Pro League: “It was a good opportunity to me, if I hadn’t renewed with Liverpool it would have happened”
The Egyptian also acknowledged serious talks had taken place: “My relations with SPL officials are very good, we talked a lot, and the negotiations were serious”.
Verdict Soon?
While Salah is fully committed to Liverpool for now, Saudi Arabia remains a serious option for the future. One thing’s clear — the Middle East hasn’t given up on signing Mo Salah.
