PSG’s historic Champions League victory may come at a cost. UEFA has launched a disciplinary investigation following several incidents that occurred in Munich after the 5–0 win over Inter Milan.

Fines, Closed Doors… or Worse?

UEFA has a broad range of sanctions at its disposal: hefty fines, partial stadium closures, or even full matches behind closed doors. An outright ban is unlikely but cannot be fully ruled out if incidents are repeated.

Though not directly responsible for the actions, PSG is still held accountable for its fans. While the club continues to celebrate its first-ever Champions League title, it will now have to provide explanations to UEFA. A decision is expected in the coming weeks.
