Manchester City - Jack Grealish

From record signing to unwanted asset, Jack Grealish is now officially on the transfer list. Four years after his €117.5 million move from Aston Villa, the English playmaker has been told to find a new club by Manchester City.

A Price Tag of €48M… or a Loan?

Despite being under contract until 2027 with a massive wage of over €350,000 per week, Grealish is no longer untouchable. City is asking for €48 million, but is also open to a loan deal if a permanent transfer doesn’t materialize.

Aston Villa are dreaming of a reunion, while Newcastle, Everton, and even Napoli have shown interest. The clock is ticking: at 29, Grealish must reignite his career quickly if he hopes to make England’s squad for the 2026 World Cup.

The talent is still there—but who’s willing to bet on his redemption?
