A new era is underway at Manchester United, and Rúben Amorim isn’t here to play nice. The Portuguese coach is already making bold calls — four key attackers have been cut from the summer tour of the United States.

According to The Sun, The Mirror, and The Daily Mail, Marcus Rashford, Antony, Jadon Sancho, and Alejandro Garnacho have all been told to stay home. They’re not part of Amorim’s plans.

Familiar names on the out list

No huge surprises here. Rashford, who was loaned to Aston Villa, is no longer in the club’s long-term vision despite solid numbers (4 goals, 6 assists in 17 matches). He’s being tracked by Barcelona, Inter Milan, and Newcastle.

Antony impressed during his spell at Real Betis (5 goals, 2 assists), but uncertainty remains. United want €35 million, a fee Betis see as too high.

Jadon Sancho, who posted 5 goals and 10 assists, was turned down by Chelsea. Still, Napoli, Juventus, Al-Hilal, and Spurs are monitoring his situation.

Garnacho fallout

The biggest shock? Alejandro Garnacho. The 20-year-old Argentine had a breakout season with 11 goals and 10 assists in 58 games, but his relationship with Amorim has soured.

His post-match comments after the Europa League final — where he complained about only playing 20 minutes — didn’t go unnoticed. United value him at €80 million, a figure that’s deterring top suitors like Bayer Leverkusen.

Not in the plan

All four players have been formally notified: they are not part of Amorim’s project. The rebuild is real — and it’s ruthless.
