Robert Lewandowski isn’t leaving FC Barcelona this summer — but his future is already mapped out.
The Polish striker, who has netted 42 goals across all competitions this season, has made his intentions clear: he’ll stay at Barça until the end of his contract in June 2026.
“I’m staying at Barcelona — that’s not even up for discussion,” Lewandowski said recently, shutting down rumors of a premature exit.
Saudi Arabia next?
However, according to Saudi outlet Al-Riyadiyah, Lewandowski has verbally agreed to join a Saudi Arabian club once his contract in Spain expires. His agency, Gol International, reportedly supports the idea of a final career move to the Gulf, though no formal contact has been initiated yet.
This sets the stage for a smooth transition: two more seasons at the Camp Nou, followed by one last adventure — and a major payday — in Saudi Arabia at age 38. A calm, calculated end to a stellar European career… if all goes to plan.
