Paris Saint-Germain are moving forward with a new midfield target. According to TelemundoSports, the club has a strong interest in Colombian international Richard Ríos, currently playing for Palmeiras.
Ríos on the Radar
The 24-year-old midfielder has impressed with his technical ability, versatility, and composure on the ball — all qualities that have reportedly won over Luis Enrique. The Spanish coach has given the green light to pursue Ríos as part of PSG’s plan to strengthen midfield depth next season.
€30 Million Offer Incoming
Luis Campos, PSG’s sporting advisor, had already identified Ríos last summer. The file has now been reactivated, and per the same source, a formal offer worth €30 million is in preparation.
Ríos is currently a starter for Colombia at the Copa América and has drawn praise for his consistent performances. PSG could move quickly to secure the deal once the group stage ends — before other suitors emerge.
