Deal in serious jeopardy

What once looked like a done deal is now on the brink of collapse. The issue remains financial: Sporting are demanding €80 million, including €70 million fixed and €10 million in bonuses. Bluff or breakdown

Frustrated by Sporting’s hardline stance, Arsenal are now threatening to pull out of negotiations. Meanwhile, Gyökeres remains fully committed to joining the Gunners. It’s unclear whether this is a negotiating tactic or the start of a real impasse. The next few days will be decisive in determining whether Sporting will budge or Arsenal will move on.
