Paris Saint-Germain are preparing to part ways with Gianluigi Donnarumma. Now behind Lucas Chevalier in the pecking order and with no contract extension on the horizon, the Italian looks set to leave before the transfer window shuts.
Manchester City are leading the race, with Pep Guardiola personally involved and a verbal agreement already in place with the player. But there’s a catch: City are offering only €30m, while PSG want €50m.
PSG still asking for €50m
Manchester United, still desperate for stability in goal after David De Gea’s departure, have been linked too. But André Onana remains under pressure, Altay Bayindir keeps slipping up, and United are instead close to sealing a €20m deal for Antwerp’s Senne Lammens, according to The Guardian.
If Lammens arrives, United would need sales before seriously moving for Donnarumma — or they may have already dropped the chase entirely.
For PSG, the timing is crucial: sell now, or risk losing their Euro 2020 hero for free in 2026.
