Désiré Doué, a much more serious injury than expected: PSG will have to do without their playmaker for several weeks. Much longer than anticipated.

On Tuesday evening, PSG will face Bayern Munich without Désiré Doué… and for a long time. Injured in Lorient, Paris initially mentioned an absence of a few weeks. The reality is quite different.

PSG staff divided on his return date

Opinions are divided internally: some envision a return by the end of the year, while others doubt it will be before January 2026. At just 20 years old, Doué has already discarded his crutches and is now awaiting the start of his rehabilitation.

PSG will take no risks. The midfielder had just returned after a month-long absence when he was injured again. Everything suggests that it will be necessary to wait until 2026 to see him back on the pitch in a Parisian jersey.
