A new language has made its way into the PSG dressing room: Korean. After the Brazilian, Argentine and Portuguese groups, Kang-in Lee revealed in an interview with Ligue 1+ that several Paris players have started learning a few Korean words to joke around and chat with him.
Who would’ve imagined it? In one of Europe’s most international squads, the lone Korean has managed to leave his mark. Lee says he hasn’t really taught them much, but his teammates are curious, always asking questions — and, as he jokes, he only teaches them “good things”.
But one rule remains non-negotiable: French is the number one language. Luis Enrique insists on it, believing that unity, integration and team cohesion all rely on a shared language.
