Paris Saint-Germain are preparing for the summer transfer window with one clear idea in mind: avoiding any disruption to a winning formula. According to reports from L’Équipe, the European champions want to continue the strategy implemented by Luis Enrique by focusing on continuity rather than launching another major squad overhaul.
PSG are expected to make signings this summer, but in a far more targeted way than during previous transfer windows. Internally, the club is reportedly working on just two or three reinforcements capable of bringing genuine added value to the current squad while preserving the balance built around the collective this season.
PSG Betting on Stability to Stay at the Top
The Parisian club are also preparing for several possible departures within the squad. Some players frustrated by their lack of playing time could seek a new challenge after the Champions League final against Arsenal. Names such as Gonçalo Ramos, Bradley Barcola, Lucas Hernandez, Lee Kang-in and Senny Mayulu are regularly being mentioned among the players who could leave this summer.
PSG’s management reportedly plans to replace every departure numerically in order to maintain a competitive squad across all competitions. The situation surrounding Lucas Chevalier is also being monitored as part of this controlled adjustment strategy.
Far from the massive rebuilds seen in recent years, PSG now seem convinced they have found a solid foundation capable of establishing itself among Europe’s elite over the long term. The club’s priority would therefore be to optimize the squad rather than rebuild everything around new superstar signings.
