Zinedine Zidane has finally spoken about his future. Appearing at the Festival Dello Sport, the former Real Madrid coach confirmed that he plans to return to management very soon. He made it clear that he intends to resume work as a head coach, ending speculation about any retirement.

Free since 2021, Zidane is ready for a new challenge. And his ambitions go beyond club football. When asked about his long-term goal, he reaffirmed that managing the French national team remains a priority in his career path.

His comments, relayed by Fabrizio Romano, have reignited speculation. A return to a major European club is possible, but the timing strongly suggests he could be waiting for Didier Deschamps’ departure after the 2026 World Cup.
