FC Barcelona are actively scouting offensive reinforcements this summer, with Nico Williams still topping their list. But Marcus Rashford isn’t giving up – the Manchester United forward continues to openly flirt with the Catalan giants.
Rashford: “Everyone wants to play with the best”
In a recent viral video, Rashford praised Lamine Yamal, calling him “unreal” and adding: “What he’s doing at 17 is insane. Everyone wants to play with the best. We’ll see.” A subtle but unmistakable wink to Barça, where the club is eyeing a left-sided attacker who can also play centrally.
On the sidelines at Old Trafford
Rashford, now back at Manchester United after a lukewarm loan spell at Aston Villa, is not seen as a priority by new manager Rúben Amorim. While Barça are flattered by the attention, Nico Williams remains their priority, with Rashford only considered as a secondary option — if at all.
The ball is clearly in Barcelona’s court… but for now, Rashford’s flirtations remain unanswered.
