Xabi Alonso has made it clear: he wants both Eduardo Camavinga and Dani Ceballos to stay at Real Madrid.
Despite rumours linking Ceballos to Real Betis or a Premier League move, the Madrid boss sees him as a key piece in midfield—especially after the departures of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
The club has confirmed to Ceballos that he’s part of their plans for the upcoming season. The player himself has shut down any exit talk: “It’s impossible for me to leave Madrid this summer.” Camavinga is also considered untouchable.
Rodri too difficult to sign?
With no affordable alternative on the market—particularly Rodri Hernández, seen as unattainable—Real Madrid is opting to stabilise its midfield and wait until next summer for a potential major signing.
