Manchester United push for Fabián Ruiz, PSG stand firm

Fabián Ruiz has caught the eye of Manchester United, who are in search of a midfield leader this summer — and the Spanish international fits the bill perfectly. But PSG aren’t ready to let him go that easily.

Ruiz, under contract until 2027, has also attracted interest from several clubs including Al-Nassr, Atlético Madrid, Inter Milan, Arsenal, and even a team from Qatar.

PSG won’t budge

Despite the growing list of suitors, PSG have no intention of selling. According to multiple sources, the Parisian club is instead considering a contract extension for Ruiz, aiming to secure a midfield trio that has been performing exceptionally well.

For Luis Enrique, Ruiz remains a key figure — a trusted lieutenant in the heart of the pitch. The Spaniard is not expected to leave this summer.

Still, Manchester United are ready to push until the end of the transfer window. The Red Devils are convinced Ruiz could become a pillar of their midfield, but they’ll have to overcome PSG’s firm stance to make it happen.
