Maghnes Akliouche remains a top target for Paris Saint-Germain, as the club eyes three signings this summer.
PSG haven’t given up on Maghnes Akliouche. The AS Monaco attacking midfielder is still on the capital club’s shortlist. The problem? Monaco are holding firm and slowing down negotiations, despite active talks between the two clubs. On his side, Akliouche is pushing to join Paris, convinced by Luis Enrique’s project.
But the move could be blocked by PSG’s new strategy. According to L’Équipe, the club might not recruit any midfielders this summer, in order to give more room to Senny Mayulu. The academy gem, who scored in the Champions League final, is seen as a major talent for the future.
Unless there’s a last-minute twist, PSG plan to start the season with Vitinha, Neves, Ruiz, Zaïre-Emery and Mayulu in midfield. As for Lee Kang-In, his future remains uncertain — a departure could only happen if a suitable offer arrives.
