The Nordi Mukiele chapter at PSG has come to an end. After multiple loans and being sidelined by Luis Enrique, the 27-year-old right-back is set to leave Paris permanently. He will join Sunderland, newly promoted to the Premier League and very active in the transfer market this summer.
Signed from RB Leipzig in 2022 for around €10m, Mukiele will now bring in €13m — a small but welcome profit for the European champions, who continue their summer clear-out.
Kolo Muani to Juve, Asensio hesitates
PSG and Juventus have also finalized Randal Kolo Muani’s departure. According to Tuttosport, the French striker joins on a €10m paid loan with a mandatory €45m purchase option. Having already played for Juve last season, he is expected to be available for their Serie A opener against Parma on August 24.
As for Marco Asensio, his situation remains uncertain. Despite an agreement with Fenerbahçe, the Spaniard turned down the move to Turkey, instead hoping for a Premier League return, with Aston Villa monitoring the situation.
