Paris Saint-Germain is also rewarding its employees after a historic season—and not by a small margin. Each of the club’s 700 staff members received the same bonus.
At PSG, bonuses are not reserved for star players. The club’s 700 employees were also rewarded with an exceptional bonus to celebrate the season’s successes.
Recognizing Behind-the-Scenes Contributions
Each employee received €5,140 for the 2024–2025 season. The payment was made in two installments: €4,500 first, followed by an additional €640 in March 2026, according to L’Équipe. In total, nearly €4 million was paid out by the club, excluding social charges which more than double the final cost.
With this gesture, PSG highlights the key role of its behind-the-scenes teams in a season marked in particular by their Champions League victory. Internally, the decision has been widely praised, as the club clearly demonstrates its commitment to valuing all contributors to its success—not just those on the pitch.
