According to CaughtOffside, the Gunners have made a new, improved contract offer to the French defender, whose current deal runs through 2027. The talks, led by sporting director Andrea Berta, have intensified in recent weeks as Arsenal aims to avoid letting Saliba enter the final year of his contract without assurances amid fierce competition.
PSG, Lurking in the Shadows
Real Madrid is closely monitoring the situation and may wait until the 2026-2027 season to make a move when Saliba’s contract status could be more favorable for them. Meanwhile, PSG is also keeping tabs on the defender, although a return to Ligue 1 isn’t deemed likely in the short term.
