Nightmare start for the Gunners. Already hit by Kai Havertz’s knee injury, Arsenal have now lost their star man Bukayo Saka for the next four weeks.
The 23-year-old winger limped off during the 5-0 win over Leeds on Saturday, and scans have confirmed a hamstring problem. With two goals in as many Premier League games this season, Saka’s absence is a major blow to Mikel Arteta’s plans.
To make matters worse, the England international will almost certainly miss Arsenal’s Champions League opener after the international break.
From Havertz to Saka, injuries are piling up fast — and Arteta faces an early-season headache just as the Gunners were hitting top form.
