With Vinícius Junior starting on the bench, Xabi Alonso paired Rodrygo and Mastantuono with his new No.9. But it was Mbappé who stole the show: a lightning control, a crisp strike, and Madrid had their breakthrough in the 37th minute.
In the second half, Vinícius set up Mbappé for his second (83’), before finishing the scoring himself in stoppage time (90+3).

Real Madrid now sit joint-top with Villarreal and Barcelona. And Mbappé, already co-leading the scoring charts with Buchanan, has sent a clear message: he hasn’t just come to Spain to play — he’s here to dominate La Liga and conquer Europe.
