After a training session in South Korea, the feedback from the locker room was clear: the fabric absorbs too much moisture, making the shirt clingy and weighing players down.
Too much sweat, but the same Brazil shirt not affected
This issue seems to be exclusive to Barça. Curiously, other Nike-sponsored teams, like the Brazil national team, don’t appear to be affected by the same problem. Raphinha, who plays for both Barça and Brazil, has reportedly pointed out the difference to his teammates.
With suffocating heat and waterlogged shirts, Hansi Flick’s team is finding their Asian tour more exhausting than expected — and not just on the pitch.
