Fabian Ruiz: “Impossible to do better”

The Spanish midfielder, who scored twice against Madrid, didn’t hide his joy: “I think it’s impossible to do better. I’m living one of the best moments of my career—maybe the very best. We’ve had an incredible season, and there’s only one game left to make it perfect.”

Luis Enrique: “We imposed our style”

Coach Luis Enrique was all smiles after PSG’s masterclass: “We’re normally a dominant team, we like having the ball. It’s hard for opponents to match that. I think we imposed our game from the beginning. We had a bit of luck in the first ten minutes, but I believe we deserved the win.”

Focused on entertaining football and collective joy, he added: “My goal as a coach is for the players to enjoy themselves, and for the fans to enjoy watching their team. We’re having a great season.”

One last step to glory

Despite the historic win over Madrid, Enrique isn’t getting carried away: “There’s still one more step to take—against a great team like Chelsea, who’ve played very well in this tournament. We want to recover well and write history for our club before taking a break.”

Next stop: the final, this Sunday at 9pm in New York. One last battle for a perfect season.
