After arriving last summer with huge expectations, Endrick will have to wait before making his full Real Madrid debut.
According to Marca, the 19-year-old Brazilian striker has suffered a setback with his hamstring injury during pre-season training in the United States. The diagnosis? 8 to 10 weeks on the sidelines. It’s a tough break for the former Palmeiras prodigy, who’s been dealing with this issue since mid-May. He will miss the start of La Liga in August and could be out for much of the early season under Xabi Alonso.
No loan planned
Despite the lengthy absence, Real Madrid remain confident in his potential. A loan move is not being considered, and Endrick is determined to fight for his place in the squad. The club is giving him time to recover and adapt.
Still, the competition is fierce in Madrid’s attack—with Mbappé, Rodrygo, Brahim, Arda Güler, and Joselu all in the mix.
A wedding during recovery
During his recovery, Endrick took the opportunity to celebrate his religious wedding in Madrid with Gabriely Miranda (22), following their civil ceremony last September. A special moment for the young forward, who is looking to bounce back after a modest 2024–25 season (7 goals in 37 appearances across all competitions).
New coach Xabi Alonso seems more inclined to give him opportunities than Carlo Ancelotti was—but for that to happen, Endrick will need to return fit, fast, and firing.
