Jude Bellingham took advantage of the summer break to finally fix a lingering shoulder injury dating back to November 2023. The Real Madrid midfielder has undergone surgery and will now be sidelined for several weeks.
The English international first picked up the injury during a match against Rayo Vallecano in his debut season with Los Blancos. Since then, he’s played through the pain, relying on injections and a custom-made shoulder strapping.
12 weeks…
The Spanish club recently confirmed the surgery was a success, and Bellingham has even shared a photo of his large post-op scar while posing with fans — proof that the recovery process has officially begun.

Spanish media reports suggest Bellingham could miss up to 12 weeks of action. He’s expected to sit out the start of La Liga, the opening rounds of the Champions League, and England’s next international fixtures. Real Madrid is hoping for a full recovery before the key clashes later this season.
