Robert Lewandowski is slowly arriving at the final chapter of his career… but he knows exactly where he wants to write it: at FC Barcelona. According to La Posesion, the 37-year-old striker clearly favors one option: staying at Barça, where his family is well settled.
The club, however, is still hesitating: a short extension with a reduced role, or a departure this summer to lighten the wage bill. One thing is certain: Saudi Arabia is not an option. And if nothing convinces him, Lewandowski might even consider… retirement.
But one element changes everything: Lamine Yamal. The 17-year-old prodigy has decided to weigh in on the debate. For him, there is no question of losing Lewandowski. El Nacional reveals that Yamal has clearly communicated to Hansi Flick and Deco that he wants to play with Lewy, today as well as in 2027.

The young talent is categorical: Lewandowski is the ideal striker, the one who understands his game, creates spaces, and makes him shine. Their connection works perfectly, both on and off the field.
