Jules Koundé (26) is set to extend his contract with FC Barcelona despite previous frustrations about playing at right-back. According to Sport, the French defender has reached a verbal agreement with the club to extend his current deal until 2030.
Currently under contract until 2027, Koundé will reportedly earn a slight salary increase as part of the new deal. The versatile defender has thrived this season, contributing two goals in 27 La Liga appearances.
