According to O Jogo, Lionel Messi is actively pushing Inter Miami’s board to sign his longtime friend and Argentina teammate. The idea? Add Di María to a star-studded lineup that already includes Luis Suárez, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets—all former teammates from Messi’s glory days.

At 37, Di María has shown he still has plenty to offer, tallying 15 goals in 38 appearances this season. For Messi, it’s not just about nostalgia—it’s about building an attacking force that can dominate MLS.
