Paris Saint-Germain are about to make a big statement in the transfer market — and it starts with Illya Zabarnyi.

The 22-year-old Bournemouth centre-back is on the verge of joining the Ligue 1 giants, with an agreement reportedly 99% complete.

After initial talks cooled ahead of the Club World Cup, negotiations have reignited. Bournemouth have dropped their asking price from €70 million to around €60 million, aligning closely with PSG’s last offer of just over €55 million.
