Rodrygo on his way out? PSG are keeping a close watch—and could make a move this summer.
The Brazilian winger’s future at Real Madrid looks increasingly uncertain. Despite being under contract until 2028, Rodrygo no longer seems to be a key part of Xabi Alonso’s plans. The new coach has only handed him 92 minutes across five matches. According to ESPN Brazil, “technical issues” are behind his benching—in other words, a transfer could be on the table.
PSG Waiting in the Wings
Paris Saint-Germain have been monitoring the situation closely. Already interested during past transfer windows, the French champions may be ready to act. But they’ll face serious competition: Arsenal and Manchester City are also keen.
A Hefty Price Tag: €100M
Real Madrid are reportedly seeking around €100 million for the 24-year-old attacker, who scored 14 goals in 54 appearances this season. With Mbappé’s arrival and strong competition from Vinicius Jr and Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo’s place has been squeezed.
PSG are in need of offensive reinforcements—and this could be their big opportunity. One to watch very closely…
