Rumors have been swirling around Vitinha, with several Spanish media outlets reporting that Real Madrid have made him a top transfer target for this summer. However, on the Paris side, the response is a firm and categorical denial.
Vitinha will not be moving. The message is clear. La Source Parisienne on X, an account considered close to PSG’s leadership, states that the Portuguese midfielder is not for sale. Sources close to Paris Saint-Germain also say the report is false: the player feels very comfortable in Paris, is under contract until 2029, and is considered a core part of the club’s long-term project.
PSG Reject Any Transfer Scenario
La Source Parisienne also points out that there are no release clauses in player contracts under French regulations. This removes any automatic exit mechanism that could facilitate a transfer, regardless of outside interest.
Paris’ stance is unwavering: even a massive offer — mentioned at €250 million in some reports — would not change the situation, and Vitinha would still not be placed on the market. The midfielder is reportedly well settled in the capital and has even purchased a house in the area, hardly a sign of a player preparing to leave.
