Paris have made a huge move in the transfer market with a blockbuster offer for Ferran Torres. But despite putting €65 million on the table, FC Barcelona immediately shut the door.

PSG attempted a spectacular move for Ferran Torres at the direct request of Luis Enrique. The Parisian club submitted a massive bid of €50 million guaranteed plus €15 million in bonuses in an effort to convince Barcelona.
