Paris Saint-Germain are making concrete progress in their pursuit of Mika Godts. The Belgian winger has reportedly given his initial approval to the Parisian project and is ready to join the French champions during the summer transfer window.
Mika Godts has emerged as PSG’s surprise attacking target. According to Fabrizio Romano, official negotiations are now underway between PSG and Ajax. However, the Dutch club are proving particularly demanding and reportedly want around €60 million to sell their young forward.

From the player’s perspective, the situation appears much simpler. Godts would be willing to accept the personal terms offered by Paris provided the two clubs can reach an agreement over the transfer fee.
PSG are said to be optimistic about the outcome of the talks, although Ajax have no intention of selling one of their best players cheaply. Their technical director, Jordi Cruijff, would reportedly prefer to keep the Belgian international for at least one more season.
Ajax would therefore only consider a departure if they received a very substantial offer. PSG will probably need to move closer to the Dutch club’s valuation to complete the deal.
