Things aren’t going smoothly for Juventus this season. After a shocking quarter-final exit from the Coppa Italia against Empoli (1-1, 2-4 on penalties), Thiago Motta still has the public backing of the club’s management—for now.

Behind the scenes, though, doubts persist. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian coach’s future remains uncertain, and a summer departure is on the table. Juventus isn’t waiting to make plans, either—three potential replacements have already been identified. The shortlist includes Antonio Conte, currently at Napoli, Gian Piero Gasperini, who continues to impress with Atalanta, and Igor Tudor, who is currently without a club.
