Wydad Athletic Club of Casablanca, qualified for the Club World Cup, has sparked rumors of a potential Cristiano Ronaldo transfer. According to Marca, the Moroccan club was reportedly considering signing the five-time Ballon d’Or winner for the competition, which will take place from June 14 to July 13 in the United States.
The club even played with the rumor on its social media, posting a video with a Portuguese flag. However, it turned out to be a promotional video for a friendly match against FC Porto.
