After PSG’s emphatic 5–0 win over Inter Milan in the Champions League final, OM manager Roberto De Zerbi didn’t hold back. In an interview with Tuttosport, the Italian coach criticized his country’s approach and lack of respect toward the French champions. “Italy didn’t know PSG — that was arrogant.”
De Zerbi pointed out how poorly prepared Inter were, failing to recognize the strength of a squad built to dominate.
“Vitinha might be the best midfielder in the world”
“They didn’t realize Dembélé explodes on every touch. That Doué is as good as Lamine Yamal. That Vitinha might be the best midfielder in the world. Or that João Neves cost a fortune.”
A harsh lesson for Italian football — and a glowing tribute to a PSG side that proved too strong on the biggest stage.
