Inter Milan defender Benjamin Pavard is at the center of a controversy after being spotted playing padel despite officially being sidelined with an ankle injury.

Sent home from the Club World Cup due to a recurring ankle issue, Pavard missed Inter’s match against Fluminense on Monday (0-2). However, a photo posted Thursday showing him on a padel court in Sardinia with Theo Hernandez has sparked outrage among fans and club executives.

With Inter already going through a rough patch, this new episode could push Pavard closer to the exit door.
