Less than fifteen days after his release from detention, Nicolas Sarkozy made his appearance in the stands of the Parc this Saturday during PSG–Le Havre.
Despite strict judicial control, the former president was able to attend the match, proving that the Paris venue is not on the list of prohibited places.
Convicted in the first instance and released on November 10, Sarkozy remains subject to several restrictions while awaiting his appeal trial scheduled from March 16 to June 3. Nevertheless, his return to the stadium highlights that he still has access to one of his favorite haunts: PSG and football.
Sarkozy wrote a book in prison
And while justice takes its course, the former head of state is also preparing for his media comeback. He will publish The Journal of a Prisoner on December 10. One certainty is that at Parc des Princes, he is not persona non grata.
