What if Karim Benzema hasn’t said his final word with the French national team? More than three years after announcing his international retirement, the Al Hilal striker is once again casting doubt… and reigniting a major storyline.

Karim Benzema may not be done with France just yet. It certainly won’t be under Didier Deschamps. But with his potential successor Zinedine Zidane, why not? During an Instagram live session with rapper Rohff, the 2022 Ballon d’Or winner didn’t rule out a comeback: “If I keep performing and stay in shape, you never know.” He added: “I’m doing everything to stay fit in case an opportunity opens up.”
