Michael Olise continues to fuel the wildest transfer rumours. In recent hours, Spanish daily AS claimed that the Bayern Munich attacking midfielder had become Real Madrid’s top priority for the coming years.
Michael Olise to Real Madrid could be the saga of the summer. When denials start arriving, it inevitably raises eyebrows, as fans may remember from the Mbappé case a few years ago.
Real Madrid Break Their Silence
Brilliant for Bayern and then with France at the 2026 World Cup, the former Crystal Palace player is seen by some Spanish media as a future “Galactico”. AS even mentioned a possible transfer worth more than €200 million, while PSG were said to be closely monitoring the situation.
Faced with the scale of the rumours, Real Madrid published an official statement denying any contact with the player. The Madrid club insists it has made no approach, either to Olise or to his entourage, and also stressed its excellent relationship with Bayern Munich.
For now, the deal therefore appears far less advanced than some rumours suggested. One thing is certain: between Olise’s performances for Bayern and his strong start to the World Cup with France, his name should continue to make headlines all summer.
